Shoot one: The artist research was very useful during these
shoots as I had some inspiration on how to tackle the finer details of the
flowers from a range of species of plant and flowers. My research of Reid
helped me to focus on the intricate details of the flowers and their petals as
well as the contrast between their colours, despite them being in black and
white, this helped me accentuate the tones within the images. I found this
helpful because where I live I have a lot of opportunities to photograph
different mediums including a range of naturally occurring colours, I chose to
photo shoot these flowers in the natural habitat in order to portray the beauty
of naturally occurring flowers and plants.
Shoot two: The artist research was very useful during these shoots as I had some inspiration on how to tackle the finer details of the flowers from a range of species of plant and flowers. My research of Mingioni's flowers portfolio helped me to focus on the intricate details of the plants and their petals as well as the contrast between their colours. I found this helpful because where i decided to shoot contained a lot of opportunities to photograph different mediums including a range of naturally occurring colours.
Shoot three: The artist research was very useful during these shoots as I had some inspiration on how to tackle the finer details of the flowers from an outside location. My research of Feinstein's flowers portfolio helped me to focus on the intricate details of the plants and their petals as well as the contrast between their colours whereas my research on Visconti gave me a new outlook on editing my images. I found this helpful because i could easily create this using the resources that i have available.
Shoot four: The artist research was very useful during these shoots as I had some inspiration on how to isolate different parts of the plants and to focus heavily on them, as well as using plain coloured background which meant the viewers attention wasn’t diverted away from the subjects. My research of Feinstein's flowers portfolio helped me to focus on the intricate details of the plants and their petals as well as the contrast between their colours. I found this helpful because i could easily create this within my studio location.
Shoot five: The artist research was very useful during these shoots as I had some inspiration on how to tackle the finer details of the flowers from a range of different sizes and viewpoints, as well as photographing the petals and their intricate details. My research of Zalenga's flowers portfolio helped me to focus on the intricate details of the plants and their petals as well as the contrast between their colours and the kaleidoscopic details. I found this helpful because i could easily create this within my studio location.

My research of McClellan's deconstruction work helped me to focus on the intricate details of the deconstruction and the placement of the components . I found this helpful because i could easily create this within my studio location.

My research of Melissa Zexter's work helped me to focus on the intricate details of the embroidery aspect and the placement of the components within my images. I found this helpful because i could easily
create this within my studio
location.

I found this helpful because i could easily create this within my studio location.

My research of Luke Gram’s work helped me to focus on the intricate details of the experimental images and the placement of the components within my images. I found this helpful because i could easily create this within my studio location and my landscape locations.
